Bierhalle

Visit our Bierhalle attached to the brewery and enjoy the Gemütlichkeit of a neighborhood meeting place, biers on tap, and a variety of food options. We offer full service, communal seating at our large, traditional tables and benches. We do not take individual reservations, but for groups of 20 or more, we recommend reserving tables in advance. 

Biergarten

As in Bavaria, our Biergarten is a public place for people of all ages to come together. Our Biergarten also has a designated dog-friendly seating area. Patrons are permitted to bring in their own food to be eaten in the Biergarten, or have food delivered.

Growler Fills

Customers are able to take home our award-winning, authentic German-style bier by purchasing a growler in our Bierhalle. A 10% discount on growler fills is available on Wednesdays for all amber glass growlers, while a 20% discount is available to KC Bier Co. Growler Club members with stainless steel growlers.

Brewery Tours

Brewery tours are offered every Saturday at 1:00PM and every Sunday at 12:30PM.

Take an informative tour of KC Bier Company and learn all about how bier is made. You will receive a complementary tour glass and tastings included. We will be limiting each tour to 20 tickets. Tickets will be sold in advance online until 11:59 PM on the Friday before the tour date. Tickets available at the door if not sold out online.

Our Brewing Process

Reservations

As is customary in a German Biergarten, we offer communal seating on a first-come, first-served basis and do not accept reservations for parties smaller than 20 guests for regular service.  If you are planning on bringing a large group of at least 20 guests, we recommend submitting a reservation request. Reservations for parties of 20 or more are available in our Biergarten and the Clubhaus (Event Space).

Before you submit your request, please note the following information:

• There are minimum purchase requirements for parties of 20 or more guests:
  • 20 guests @ 2 tables = $250
  • 30 guests @ 3 tables = $350
  • 40 guests @ 4 tables = $450
• All parties with more than 20 guests will be charged 20% gratuity
• Family-style tables accommodate 8-10 people
• We are family friendly, however we do not allow kid-centered reservations
• We cannot schedule private events or buy-outs during our normal operating hours
• Private Events in the Bierhalle or Biergarten are available on Mondays when we are closed to the public, if you are interested in hosting an event on a Monday please click here. 

If you are interested in submitting a reservation request, please complete the form below and allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response. Requests made over the weekend may take up to 48 hours for a response. Please note this is a request; reservations are subject to availability.

Private Events

Our facilities can be reserved for groups of 40 or more on a varied schedule (see below). We do not schedule buy-outs in the Bierhalle or Biergarten during our normal operating hours.

Private events must be booked at least three weeks in advance. Private events are subject to availability. Please email info@kcbier.com if you are interested in hosting a private event on a Monday and would like more information. Please allow up to 48 hours for response.
